Shipping:
We offer free shipping to most locations in New Zealand excluding very remote locations for online orders over $490 inc GST.
We provide a convenient and affordable shipping option for our customers. Regardless of the size or weight of the goods, or the distance to your location, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $49 if your online order is less than $490 inc GST. This ensures that you can enjoy hassle-free delivery without worrying about additional costs.
Goods Inspection and Acceptance Upon Delivery:
Upon delivery of your order, we kindly request that you inspect the goods carefully before signing off on the delivery receipt.
If you notice any damage to the goods during this inspection, please do NOT accept the delivery and contact our customer support immediately.
Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we offer a return policy subject to the following conditions:
- The goods must be in new and unused condition.
- The return request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- The goods must be returned in their original packaging, along with any accessories, manuals, or promotional materials included.
- The refund will be deducted from the freight cost that we have paid. In other words, if your order qualifies for free shipping, the refund amount will be reduced by the incurred freight charges.
Warranty:
We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a minimum warranty period of 12 months from the date of delivery. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or faulty workmanship.
